Operations Lead (Remote, Full-Time)

Location: Remote (Major overlap with U.S. Central Time)

Compensation:  $7-9 USD/Hour (Independent Contractor)

We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a high-caliber Chief of Staff / Operations Lead to help us build the foundation to scale. This role reports directly to the CEO and is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves solving problems, and wants to have a hand in shaping a mission-driven company.

The Impact You’ll Make

• Build systems that bring clarity and momentum across the team
• Turn strategy into execution—owning key projects end-to-end
• Create structure in our operations so we can scale with excellence
• Help a global team deliver work that’s meaningful, redemptive, and dignified

What You’ll Do

• Own day-to-day operations and project tracking (Asana)
• Build and improve workflows, SOPs, and team processes
• Coordinate across functions: Recruiting, Growth, Client Services, HR
• Drive team accountability and execution across quarterly goals

You Might Be a Fit If You

• Have 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or strategic roles
• Are exceptionally organized, independent, and proactive
• Can bring order to ambiguity and move quickly without losing detail
• Communicate clearly and think in frameworks
• Have worked with U.S. clients, preferably in startups or remote settings
• Hold a degree from a strong university (honors preferred)
