We are a young and innovative company that aims to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. Job Description We are looking for a full-time Accountant to become part of our team. We need someone who can think on their feet, analyze numbers and knows the correct questions to ask. You will have an important role in ensuring to provide a high level of service to our clients by carrying out detailed work and activities and ensure compliance with required standards. You will be working directly for a director of the company. This role will suit a fast learner who can grasp new technologies quickly. Requirements: At least 3 years experience working as an Accountant Must be Certified Public Accountant Has background in Research and Development is an advantage Has good written communication skills and proficient in excel application Has Xero experience is an advantage Experience in accounting and/or audit is an advantage Skilled in analyzing numbers at a top level Can work independently Capable of working in a fast-paced environment A keen ability to learn and try new things Internet connection must be at least 30 Mbps (capable of Skype video calls) Benefits, Shift and Pay: * Salary starts at Php 35,000++ (depends on experience) 13-month pay 20 days paid annual leave (accrued) 5 days of sick leave (accrued) HMO with 2 dependents SSS, HDMF, Philhealth etc. Daytime (Philippine) work hours Observes Philippine holidays Full-time position (40 hours per week, M-F) WORK FROM HOME ***Applicants must be LEGAL to work and currently residing in the Philippines*** Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Work from home Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Audit: 2 years (Required) BPO Australian Client: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required)
