Job Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled part-time video editor with Final Cut Pro expertise to craft standout real estate videos. You’ll turn raw footage into polished, engaging content with a quick 48-72-hour turnaround, collaborating with our team via Slack to bring fresh, creative energy to every project.

Responsibilities:
Edit raw footage into captivating real estate videos using Final Cut Pro within 48-72 hours per project.
Communicate effectively with the team on Slack to align edits with our modern, dynamic vision.
Use pacing, transitions, speed ramps, and visual effects to showcase properties in a compelling and trendy way.
Keep video files organized and manage workflows efficiently.
Refine edits based on feedback to meet deadlines and quality goals.

Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Final Cut Pro (real estate media experience is a bonus).
1-2 years of video editing experience, with a portfolio of dynamic, creative work.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable navigating Slack for team collaboration and updates.
A sharp eye for storytelling and detail, with a passion for visual excellence.
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to cutting-edge editing styles.
Ability to work independently and deliver edits on tight timelines.
