Remote Sales Closer – Phone-Based

 Are You a Confident, Driven Closer Who Lives for the Sale?
We’re looking for a phone sales superstar based in the Philippines to join our fast-growing U.S.-based mold remediation company — The Mold Assassins.
You’ll be calling clients who already know they have a mold problem and have already received a detailed treatment proposal. Your job? Get them to take action and CLOSE THE SALE!.
No cold calling. No appointment setting. Just follow-up and close.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Call and text warm U.S. leads who already received our treatment proposal
• Ask strategic questions to uncover hesitations and move them to a decision
• Clearly explain our unique demolition-free mold treatment and "Pay What You Can" pricing
• Follow a proven, friendly follow-up cadence using CRM + phone + SMS
• Track pipeline progress and wins in our CRM system (training provided)

What You’ll Earn:
• Commission-based pay
• Paid per closed mold treatment (average treatment = $5,600)
• $250–$1,000 USD commission per closed deal
• Closing just 1–2 deals per week = $1,000–$4,000+ monthly
• Performance bonuses available for high-volume closers

• Strong, confident English speaking voice (C2-level fluency)
• Previous phone-based sales or closing experience required
• Strong follow-up skills and friendly persistence!
• Able to work U.S. business hours (EST)
• Reliable internet + quiet workspace
