Playgo AI is revolutionizing game development with an AI platform that turns ideas into playable games instantly—no coding needed. We're an early-stage startup seeking a passionate, community-centric individual to spearhead our Community-Led Growth (CLG) and drive organic adoption.

Position: Full-time, remote.

Your Mission: Drive Community-Led Growth & Engagement

• Create Viral & Value-Driven Video Content: Produce/edit compelling videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube) showcasing our app, user-generated AI games, and providing value to creator communities.
• Champion Community-Led Growth (CLG):
  • Identify and understand online communities of game creators, indie devs, and idea-driven gamers (Discord, Reddit, forums, etc.).
  • Develop and execute authentic, organic strategies to introduce Playgo AI, foster interest, and attract users. (Huge plus for initiative)
• Nurture & Empower Our Core Community: Manage and grow our Discord/Facebook, transforming them into hubs of creation, collaboration, and advocacy.
• Foster Deep Engagement & Build Superfans: Spark meaningful conversations, run community-driven events, and build a thriving ecosystem of AI game creators who promote Playgo AI.
• Analyze & Be the Voice of the Community: Track community health/growth metrics and gather feedback to inform product development and CLG strategy.

We Need Someone Who:

• Is an Expert Video Creator & Editor: Proven skills (TikTok, Reels, YouTube) with a strong portfolio (gaming content a huge plus!).
• Has Deep Gaming Passion & Insight: Lives and breathes games across diverse genres, understands gamer culture, and actively participates in online gaming communities. (Big plus)
• Practices/Understands Community-Led Growth (CLG): Experience or strong understanding of CLG principles, focusing on authentic relationships and organic advocacy. (Huge plus)
• Takes Initiative & is Proactive: Independently identifies community opportunities and devises creative, value-first strategies.
• Is an Experienced Community Builder: 1-2+ years in social media/community management (gaming/tech preferred) with a knack for genuine connection.
• Is Smart, Creative & a Resourceful Problem-Solver: Thinks strategically and finds innovative solutions.
• Leverages AI Tools (Preferred): Skilled in or eager to learn AI tools for content/community work. (A plus)
