Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain CRM systems, with a focus on Real Geeks
• Create and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Design and edit video content using tools like CapCut to support advertising campaigns
• Develop and distribute marketing materials, including eBlasts and digital assets
• Build and optimize automated workflows within the CRM for efficient client follow-up
• Track and analyze customer engagement data to improve marketing effectiveness
• Support the sales team with daily administrative and communication follow-ups
   

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, etc.)
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Real Geeks
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
