Amazon Ads Specialist

We are a marketplace agency helping e-commerce brands scale their business via marketplaces like Amazon, Bol, Kaufland, and 50+ other channels.

At MS Plaza, we’re on a mission to help our clients grow on Amazon and other online marketplaces. Right now, we’re looking for an Amazon Ads Specialist who knows how to drive performance through smart campaign strategies and ongoing optimization.

This role will focus 100% on Amazon Advertising at first. Later on, there may be opportunities to explore other advertising channels as well.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Amazon PPC campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROAS and ACOS
• Analyze data and prepare performance reports for clients
• Collaborate with content and marketplace teams to align on strategy
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon advertising trends and updates

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
• Proven track record of improving ROAS and scaling campaigns
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Fluent or proficient in English (B2 level or higher)
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Stable internet connection (20mbps download, 10mbps upload)
• Reliable electricity supply and a high-quality headset

Compensation

• $5–$10 USD per hour (depending on experience)
• Bonus opportunities based on performance
