Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote HR Specialist & Customer Service Representative. This position offers the flexibility of mobile work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in the Philippines. Responsibilities: HR Specialist Duties: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Provide support in employee relations, addressing queries, concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution. Administer HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws in the Philippines. Customer Service Responsibilities: Serve as a frontline contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions, concerns, and providing solutions. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. Utilize customer service software and tools to efficiently manage and track customer interactions. Qualifications: Proven experience in HR functions, with a strong understanding of the Philippine labor landscape. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer service. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and customer service tools is a plus. Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
