Help us turn manual chaos into self-running systems.

AutomateMyBiz (Dubai) builds slick automations and AI agents for creators, agencies, and fast-growth brands like NasAcademy, LawByMike, BAD Marketing, etc. We’re 7 people, fully bootstrapped, and obsessed with doing epic work.

Key Responsibilities

•  Map messy business workflows → ship clean automations in Zapier / MAKE.
  • Wire up APIs, webhooks, and light Python / JS scripts to fill the gaps.
  • Spin up chatbots, GPT agents, and ops dashboards that wow clients.
  • Jump on Zoom with founders & customers (polished English needed).
  • Improve our internal playbooks as you go.

Must-haves
• 1-2 yrs hands-on with Zapier or MAKE (agency or in-house).
• Comfortable reading API docs and writing scripts (Python or Javascript).
• Bias for action; you don’t wait to be told twice.
• Drop the codeword “automate” in your intro so we know you’re legit.
