Chamelo is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and execute projects from start to finish. This role demands excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project objectives are met
Identify and mitigate project risks and obstacles
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly
Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and meet client expectations
Facilitate meetings, collaboration, and decision-making across departments
Ensure that project goals align with company strategy and priorities

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
Experience in the fashion or tech industry
Familiarity with project budgeting and resource management
Previous experience in cross-functional collaboration
