 Virtual Assistant – Lead Scraping & Online Marketing Support (Must Speak Fluent English)

Pay: $2–$4 CAD/hour (depending on experience)

About Us

MetaClick is a fast-growing agency that helps roofing companies across the U.S. and Canada get qualified appointments using cutting-edge online marketing. We're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help us scale faster.

Your Role

You'll work directly with the founder and our small remote team to help:

Scrape verified business leads from directories and platforms (training provided)

Organize and clean data in Google Sheets

Support marketing tasks like uploading creatives, scheduling content, and outreach

Handle small day-to-day admin tasks and SOP follow-ups

Requirements

? Excellent written and spoken English
? Experience with Google Sheets and lead scraping tools (or fast learner)
? Strong attention to detail
? Reliable and consistent (no disappearing)
? Organized and proactive with good communication
? Fast learner who can follow SOPs
? Internet speed of 20mbps or higher
? Comfortable with basic tech (Google Docs, Canva, Chrome Extensions, etc.)

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Preferred):

Experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, n8n, or Meta Ads

Experience working with U.S. or Canadian clients

Appointment-setting or outreach experience
