We’re looking for a Project Manager to coordinate offshore teams, onboard customers to our new internal tool, and handle backend system administration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution
* Define and maintain timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
* Oversee day-to-day tasks with a focus on strategic goals.
2. Global Team Collaboration
* Act as the central contact for onshore/offshore developers.
* Schedule regular cross-time-zone meetings and updates.
3. Risk Management & Issue Resolution
* Identify potential risks, escalate blockers early.
* Keep clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
4. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
* Ensure deliverables meet standards.
* Gather feedback to refine workflows.
5. Customer Coordination & Onboarding
* Onboard customers to the new internal tool.
* Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries.
6. Backend System Administration
* Oversee system updates and troubleshooting.
* Maintain detailed documentation of processes.

Qualifications

* Experience & Background
* Remote/offshore experience managing multiple technical projects.
* Success with tight deadlines and fast-paced environments.
* Tools & Methods
* Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday).
* Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) in distributed settings.

* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
