Role Summary

We're seeking an experienced AI Content Creator specializing in leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools to produce high-volume, engaging short-form content at scale. This role focuses on content generation and automation, not just traditional video editing.

You'll be responsible for creating compelling social media content, advertisements, and marketing materials using AI-powered platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to harness AI tools to rapidly produce content variations, test creative concepts, and optimize based on performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & AI Tool Utilization:

• Generate high-volume short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using AI platforms
• Create compelling ad creatives and marketing materials through AI automation
• Develop multiple variations of existing content and scripts for A/B testing purposes
• Utilize advanced AI tools, including but not limited to: Pictory, RunwayML, Descript, Synthesia, OpusClip, HeyGen, Canva AI

Content Management & Organization:

• Deliver daily content samples and creative variations
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and content repositories
• Implement systematic filing and naming conventions for easy retrieval

Innovation & Trend Analysis:

• Stay current with emerging AI content creation tools and industry trends
• Research and test new AI platforms to enhance content production capabilities
• Provide recommendations for tool optimization and workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

• Minimum 6+ months of hands-on experience using AI tools for video and social media content creation
• Proficiency with multiple AI platforms (Sora, Chatgpt, Midjourney, Pictory, Descript, HeyGen, RunwayML, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated ability to produce 10+ content pieces daily using AI automation
• Experience with video editing. 

Creative Skills:

• Strong understanding of storytelling principles and ad-style content structure
• Experience creating content for social media platforms and advertising campaigns
• Ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms

Work Style:

• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
