We are a done-for-you agency that helps businesses start and grow YouTube audiences that bring sales (not just views).
We are seeking:
A seasoned Graphic Designer who excels in a deadline-driven atmosphere. This role requires a blend of mid to senior-level experience, focusing on the design of engaging YouTube thumbnails and broader visual content.
An individual capable of enhancing our brand identity through striking graphic assets for both Raffiti Media and our diverse clientele across various social media platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver a wide array of graphic content, primarily YouTube thumbnails (20-25 per week), as well as additional graphics and quote visuals.
Maintain high-quality standards with minimal need for revisions.
Meet or exceed project deadlines.
Maintain proactive communication with project managers via Asana, Voxer, and Slack, providing regular updates and revisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 2-4 years in graphic design, with a specific focus on thumbnail creation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, and familiarity with Google GSuite.
Independence: Capable of managing projects from start to finish, foreseeing challenges, and actively seeking solutions.
Passion & Energy: A fervent enthusiasm for social media and YouTube content creation.
Innovative Spirit: A bold approach to experimentation, always eager to test new ideas and learn from outcomes.
Team Collaboration: Commitment to team objectives and readiness to assist across projects, including occasional weekend work.
Trend Awareness: Staying informed about the latest trends and techniques in graphic and thumbnail design.
Professional Attributes: Keen attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
Must-Have:
Advanced proficiency in Photoshop.
A compelling Art Portfolio to be submitted alongside your Resume.
Availability to work from 8 AM to 5 PM U.S. Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday.
Reliable high-speed internet connection for uploading graphics, PSD files, and occasional video downloads.
Additional Information:
This is a remote position offering around 40 hours per week initially, with significant potential for growth within the company.
Salary: $1,100–$1,250 (based on experience)
