Operations Manager | Go High Level Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Manager with strong experience using Go High Level (GHL) to support our service-based business clients. This person will act as the systems lead, ensuring smooth client operations, automation, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities
•Oversee daily operations with a focus on maximizing efficiency using the Go High Level platform to streamline client workflows and communications.
• Set up and manage Go High Level pipelines, automations, workflows, funnels, and calendars
• Oversee lead management: ensure inbound leads are tracked, nurtured, and followed up with through automated sequences (email, SMS, etc.)
• Support campaign management: monitor and refine client campaigns running through GHL
• Maintain clean CRM data, organize reporting, and ensure accurate tracking of results
• Partner with the Atlas Row founder to review client requests and translate them into tasks for offshore support teams
• Provide proactive communication and ensure no client opportunities fall through the cracks

Qualifications
• Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL) in a professional setting
• Strong operations or account management background, ideally with service-based businesses
• Excellent communication skills — 100% fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Comfortable coordinating between clients and offshore team members

Schedule & Pay
• Hours: 4 hours per day
• Time Zone: U.S. hours (10 a.m. – 2 p.m. CST or similar window)
• Pay: $6 per hour
