Key Responsibilities

Design high-converting graphics for ads, social media, and e-commerce, using AI for rapid ideation and enhancements.

Edit videos (short ads to full campaigns) with AI tools for effects, animations, and optimizations that boost engagement.

Actively experiment and improve with AI platforms to automate and innovate workflows.

Collaborate on team projects, ensuring all creatives align with conversion goals and client briefs.

Optimize content for Meta, YouTube, and e-commerce platforms to maximize ROI.

Analyze and iterate on the anatomy of successful creatives for continuous improvement.

Strict Requirements – Must Meet ALL:

4+ years in graphic design/video editing at a digital agency or e-commerce brand, with a portfolio of high-converting work.

Expert proficiency in AI tools like Veo3, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, RunwayML, or similar – provide examples of AI-assisted projects and how you're actively improving.

Deep understanding of high-converting creative anatomy (e.g., hooks, pacing, visuals that drive clicks/sales) – must show metrics.

Strong skills in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Proven agency/e-commerce background with remote team experience.

Creative, detail-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced demands.
