Website Coordinator (Part-time/ On-call)

Starfish is a Philippine web design agency. Weíre an online team of talented individuals working together, working from home. We make and maintain websites for our clients all over the world. As a website coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our various website projects, each with its own small, cross-functional team. This is a hand-on role, and we are looking for someone who can drive projects as well as help plan the details of each project. Personal qualities You don't need special web, technical or creative skills to do this job, but a sense of style and an eye for detail will definitely help! ∑ Friendly, proactive attitude. ∑ Strong organizational skills. ∑ Bright and up for a challenge. ∑ Open, transparent and able to ask questions. ∑ Able to collaborate and engage with entire Starfish team. ∑ Ability to learn about business, technical, creative, content matters. ∑ Reliable, responsible and hardworking. ∑ Good level of written and verbal English. Client Relations ∑ Keeping clients up to date ∑ Understanding what the client needs Coordination ∑ Lining up tasks for people ∑ Ensuring staff have enough work Quality Assurance ∑ Checking the jobs are done properly and to Starfishís specifications. ∑ Analyzing websites and deciding what needs to be done next. Planning ∑ Keeping within project scopes and budgets. ∑ Working out a strategy for each project ∑ Making sure each project gets regular attention ∑ Roughly planning where content and images should go on each page.
