Role Overview

We’re looking for a CRM & Data Validation Specialist to support our sales and marketing operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing our CRM, ensuring data accuracy, and helping maintain a clean, organized system that empowers our outreach efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM data (GoHighLevel)
• Perform data validation and enrichment using Apollo.io and online research
• Ensure contact and company information is accurate and up to date
• Support the sales and marketing team with well-organized, actionable data
• Generate reports and flag any issues related to CRM health or data accuracy
  
   

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus)
• Familiarity with Apollo.io or similar lead sourcing/data tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good written and spoken English
