We are an automation company called Mondabot dedicated to building smart, scalable solutions for businesses and creators. Our focus is simple: we work only with n8n and Make.com (Integromat) to design, build, and manage powerful automation systems that save time and create impact. 

Role Overview

We are looking for an Automation Developer who is not only highly skilled with n8n and Make.com, but also excellent with documentation, organization, and structured workflows. You’ll be responsible for creating, testing, and maintaining automations and bots that help our clients run more efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop automation workflows in n8n and Make.com

Build and deploy bots to handle complex tasks

Document workflows in detail for clarity and scalability

Use Airtable and other tools to manage data and organize processes

Test, debug, and optimize automations to ensure reliability

Collaborate with our team to understand needs and translate them into solutions

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience with n8n and/or Make.com

Strong ability to create and maintain clear, organized documentation

Comfortable working with Airtable and other productivity/automation tools

Basic to intermediate programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar)

Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON

Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Zapier or similar automation platforms

Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL)

Experience creating bots for business use

Compensation

Salary: $500 per month

Remote, flexible work
