We’re on the hunt for a full-time SEO Assistant with a knack for high-quality content, on-page and off-page SEO, and a solid understanding of what drives rankings, visibility, and leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority and organic visibility.
• Identify, pitch, and secure guest posting opportunities on relevant, high-quality websites.
• Write and edit SEO-optimised content (blogs, pillar pages, landing pages) that ranks and converts.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT where necessary to draft content, then refine for tone, voice, and quality.
  Implement keywords, optimise metadata, and maintain internal linking across websites.
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO tasks, including guest posting and link building.
• Spot and fix basic technical SEO issues (broken links, redirects, crawlability, site speed).
• Use SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4 to guide decisions.
• Keep ClickUp tasks updated and collaborate closely with the wider team.
• Download and organise approved content in structured Google Drive folders.
• Monitor competitor SEO activity and suggest strategic improvements.
• Stay sharp with SEO trends, algorithm updates, AI tools, and content strategy evolution.

Skills & Requirements

Experience:

• 2+ years in SEO content writing and implementation.
• Proven ability to use AI tools where necessary without compromising quality.
• Familiarity with on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

• WordPress (highly desirable)
