Overview:

We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to help refresh and relaunch an existing online course. The content is already available but needs a full makeover. This includes improving formatting, making it look professional, developing a prototype version, and testing for functionality before launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and improve existing course content
• Format materials to ensure a clean and professional look
• Build a prototype of the course on an online platform (e.g., Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific, etc.)
• Test the course to make sure it works smoothly
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve course delivery

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with online course platforms
• Strong attention to detail and layout/design sensibility
• Reliable communication and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
