Supply Chain Assistant (Remote - Philippines)

About the Role

Treantly is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Assistant to support our supply chain operations. This remote, full-time contractor position is perfect for candidates based in the Philippines who want to work within a fixed schedule aligned with Eastern Time (US & Canada).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update inventory records to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm product specifications, pricing, and order details.
• Review and verify product photos and descriptions for accuracy.
• Coordinate shipment schedules, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and track orders, resolving any supply chain issues as they arise.
• Assist in documenting and improving supply chain workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with team members to address backlog and maintain operational efficiency.

• Support additional functions such as basic bookkeeping, customer service, or review solicitation when needed.

   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related operational role.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Excellent communication skills for supplier coordination and internal teamwork.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional skills in Excel; can use for data analysis/ stock prediction.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with inventory management software is a plus.

• Flexibility to assist in cross-functional tasks such as bookkeeping or customer service.
