Required Skills & Experience

2-4+ years building custom automations
Expert in no-code/low-code platforms: n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Bubble.io
Strong experience with AI integration platforms: VAPI, Retell
Proficiency with Twilio and Go High Level
Experience leading technical projects with a team of developers
History of solving complex automation challenges
Strong business acumen and client-focused mindset
Excellent communication skills
Advanced coding experience in: Python, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, API development and integration

What You'll Do

Lead complex multi-channel outreach automation projects
Design scalable AI communication solutions
Manage projects from concept to implementation
Help other developers
Collaborate with our remote team
Turn business problems into elegant automated solutions
Build custom tools and frameworks for call, text, and email sequencing
Implement AI conversational solutions that sound genuinely human

Portfolio of past automation projects
Experience with AI integration and conversational AI
Track record of successful project delivery
Client-facing experience
