Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Marketing Virtual Assistant Expert to join our team. This remote role is designed for someone who is not only experienced in digital marketing but also confident in strategy, execution, and administration.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing smart paid and organic marketing strategies to maximise reach while keeping costs low.
- Managing all aspects of SEO: keyword research, backend optimisation, content optimisation, and performance tracking.
- Handling social media platforms end-to-end – content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Responding to customer inquiries across social media and email, escalating where required.
- Assisting with basic quoting and administrative support, ensuring smooth documentation and task management.
- Building and maintaining outreach lists, including:
- Mums & dads clients, commercial clients, new builders and industry contacts for Xceed Electrical.
- Tradies, business coaches, accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals for TradieTally.
- Driving lead generation to support business growth:
- Posting fresh, creative content regularly across multiple digital channels.
- Performing ad hoc tasks aligned with company needs.

Qualifications: 
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and online growth strategies.
- Experience in SEO and think outside the box with ideas to be ahead of the competition
- Demonstrated success in social media management and content creation.
- Prior experience in admin or customer support roles (advantageous).
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple tasks.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives working independently.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with using multiple applications such as Chatgpt, AI automation tools to improve implementation
