Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Manager to drive our marketing initiatives and support administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for email marketing, graphic design, and copywriting while excelling in organizational tasks.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing

• Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
• Create compelling, visually appealing email content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Segment email lists based on engagement and other relevant criteria.
• Monitor and report on email marketing performance, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in email marketing.

Graphic Design

• Design eye-catching visuals for marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate our message.

Content Writing

• Write high-quality, SEO-friendly blog posts that resonate with our target audience.
• Research industry-related topics to create informative and engaging content.
• Develop content for Amazon A+ pages, e-books, and other marketing materials.
• Copy-edit and write correspondence as needed.

Administrative Support

• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and communicate with potential clients.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally.
• Assist in meetings and special projects.
• Maintain and update databases, records, and files.
• Perform general clerical tasks to support office operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in email marketing and graphic design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Canva, Shopify).
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trends.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Comfortable with basic administrative tasks and office management.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong prioritization skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: PHP 30,000 -  PHP 35,000 (depending on experience)
• Quarterly product allowance
• 8 paid UK bank holidays
• 5 additional paid leave days
• 3 days of paid sick leave
   

Work Schedule:

• UK Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (UK Time)
• PH Time:
  • March 31 - October 31: 3 PM - 12 AM
  • October 31 - March 31: 4 PM - 1 AM
