Full-Time Virtual Assistant – Sales, Lead Follow-Up & Business Support

About Us

Crispy Clean Laundry Service is a fast-growing pickup & delivery laundry business based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Virtual Assistant to help us grow by taking ownership of lead follow-up, sales coordination, and day-to-day business support.

This role is not just about tasks—it’s about results. We need someone who can confidently engage with potential customers, overcome light objections, and lock in confirmed appointments. You’ll also play a key role in helping the business run smoothly through phone handling, email/text campaigns, and general admin support.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Setting

Respond immediately to new leads (from Google Ads, cold outreach, or referrals).
Call, text, and email to confirm laundry pickup appointments.
Overcome light objections (without being pushy—our service sells itself once people try it).
Customer Communication
Answer inbound calls and customer questions.
Provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented responses.
Marketing & Sales Support
Assist with email/text campaigns (holiday promos, follow-ups, special offers).
Use AI tools to generate and refine marketing copy when needed.
Coordinate with cold-email agency leads to ensure no opportunities are missed.
Administrative Support
Track and report on leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
Take on miscellaneous tasks to support business growth.


Requirements

Strong written and spoken English (clear and confident on the phone).
Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service.
Tech-savvy, quick learner, and adaptable with new tools/software.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
A “servant’s heart”—someone who genuinely wants to help the business succeed.
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.


Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)

Familiarity with U.S. culture and holidays.
Experience with CRMs, lead tracking, or appointment-setting software.
Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.).
Experience working with service-based or local businesses.
