Virtual Assistant – Web Scraping & Lead Data Enrichment

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to conduct web scraping and lead data enrichment for business owners in targeted niches. This role requires experience with online research, data collection, and using social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, and Reddit to identify and extract relevant business leads.

You will be responsible for creating and managing accounts on these platforms, scraping lead data, and enriching it with additional information using scripts and tools that we provide. Training on specific processes will be given, but prior experience in web scraping, data mining, and lead generation is highly preferred.

This is a contract role, with the potential for conversion to full-time employment (FTE) based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Conduct web scraping and data mining on Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, and other platforms to find business owners in targeted niches.
Create and manage accounts on each platform to access and extract lead data.
Collect, organize, and clean scraped data in a structured format.
Follow company-provided scripts and processes to append and enrich lead data with necessary details.
Ensure data accuracy and quality by verifying collected information.
Maintain records of extracted data using Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM systems as required.
Communicate regularly with the team and report progress on lead collection and data quality.
Stay updated on scraping tools, techniques, and platform policies to optimize data extraction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in web scraping, data mining, or lead generation.
Familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, and other social platforms.
Experience using tools like Phantombuster, Scrapy, Octoparse, or similar is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM platforms for managing and enriching data.
Ability to create and manage multiple accounts across platforms without getting flagged.
Basic understanding of Python or automation tools (preferred but not required).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fast learner with a willingness to adapt to new tools and processes.
Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop for full-time remote work.
