We are looking for a Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to help us grow our online presence, engage our audience, and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and reels tailored to our audience.
• Manage social media scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
• Run and optimize paid social media ads to increase brand visibility and conversions.
• Monitor analytics and key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and paid advertising.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and paid advertising.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, and Twitter marketing.
• Ability to write engaging captions and create visually appealing content.
• Experience using social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Knowledge of SEO or SEM is preferred. Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Strong communication and creativity skills.
