Remote Appointment Setter - Flexible Hours

A fast-growing gym agency is looking for a personable, thorough appointment setter to contact prospective clients via telephone and e-mail.

We work on behalf of our clients to phone up their leads and book in appointments. This means that you will be phoning on behalf of different companies and dealing with all sorts of different industries—making sure your work never gets boring!

Responsibilities:

• Calling our clients' leads, maximising the appointments booked
• Determining fit between the company and prospects (qualifying)
• Scheduling an intro session between the prospective client and our clients
• Following up with prospective clients and furthering the sales process

Requirements:

• Fluent or English Proficiency Level B2 and up (spoken and written)
• Have a cheerful personality and be a people person
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Able to follow step-by-step instructions
• Stable internet connection
• Stable electricity
• A good quality headset
• Two screens is a must
• Internet speed must be 20mbps download / 10mbps upload

Shift Availability:

• You must be able to do any of the following shifts:
  6:00 AM – 11:00 AM (AWST), Monday to Sunday

Once we have hired you and given you a shift slot, this will be your permanent schedule. You will be expected to work the same days and times each week.

Pay:

• $4 USD per hour
• You can do more hours if available
• Opportunities for bonuses available
