Ecommerce Multimedia Designer

We’re on the lookout for a Multimedia Designer to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!

The Challenge

We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer who can bring speed, creativity, and AI-driven efficiency to our creative team. You’ll be responsible for producing product images, website graphics, and assisting in AI video creation. The challenge is to deliver high-quality output quickly, reduce the need for revisions, and leverage AI tools effectively to maximize efficiency.

Your outputs should match professional e-commerce photoshoot standards with no visible AI artifacts or distortion. We’re looking for realism, precision, and production-ready quality, not experimental AI art.

The Impact
 

By creating better creatives, you’ll directly help our ads and products perform better. With higher production levels at higher quality, your work will enable our media buyers, site managers, and the wider team to move faster and execute more effectively.

While daily output speed is critical, we also expect you to test and recommend new AI workflows that improve creative efficiency and help us stay ahead of design trends.

We would love to hear from you if…

• You have hands-on experience creating AI product videos and use AI tools daily with advanced techniques for video and image production.
• You bring strong graphic design skills and can deliver high-quality visuals quickly.
• You’re experienced in video editing (After Effects, CapCut) and AI video prompting (JSON, problem-solving).
• You’re proficient with Flora, Kling AI, and JSON prompting techniques.
• You have a premium version of ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity (a plus!).
• You’re AI-obsessed, work independently, and have a sharp eye for detail.
• You’re comfortable in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants) and understand how to build and maintain brand systems and visual frameworks.
• You consistently balance speed with quality of work.

System Requirements:
 

• Windows: i5 13th Gen or above, 16GB RAM or above.
• Mac: M2 or above.

Couple of the notes about the role
 

• This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role.
• You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
• We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff (https://hubstaff.com/) to track hours worked.
