Job Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ServiceTitan Coaching Assistant to support our coaching team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring client success by assisting with system setup, managing client communication, and maintaining organized, clean accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Join client meetings and take detailed notes to track action items
• Assist coaches with timely completion of client-related tasks
• Build and manage client memberships in ServiceTitan
• Perform account cleanups and ensure data accuracy
• Analyze client accounts to identify improvement opportunities
• Communicate deadlines, deliverables, and system updates to clients
• Guide clients through ServiceTitan settings for successful go-lives
• Troubleshoot issues and assist clients in resolving system problems
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and client communications
• Support clients with booking, dispatching, and workflow optimization
• Stay updated on ServiceTitan best practices and feature releases

Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software (preferred)
• Familiarity with booking and dispatching processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Must be able to work during US business hours
