Video Editor (Fitness Niche on YouTube) Long-Term Full time

Location: Prefer candidates in Cebu (company HQ is in IT Park) but Remote is acceptable. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. This full-time position offers consistent work, excellent pay, bonuses, and raises for great, on-time performance. Job Description: As our Video Editor, your responsibilities will include editing edutainment (educational and entertaining) YouTube videos. You'll also need to demonstrate strong time management skills to meet deadlines and keep a strong pace of outputs. The team is expected to regularly brainstorm new creative ideas to boost engagement. We are looking for a ROCKSTAR, GO-GETTER, BEST OF THE BEST, person to join the team. You will be provided the RAW footage, scripts, one-pager video layouts, but YOU will be responsible in making the video as engaging as possible. Requirements: - Ability to work at least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. - Advanced skills in Premiere Pro or Final Cut & After Effects. - Embedded transcription, captions, headings, etc - Punctual with the delivery of tasks - A fast internet connection (over 20 mbps) - Fluent or C1 level English proficiency. - Proven solid work experience of at least 2 years Responsibilities: 1. Edit 6 - 14 YouTube videos per week. Primarily talking head style videos with runtime about 4-9 minutes long/ Raw footage about 8-20 minutes long. 2. Demonstrate strong communication and time management skills. 3. Brainstorm new creative ideas to boost engagement.
