Customer Service/ Virtual Assistant for our Digital Marketing Agency

We are a Digital Marketing Agency located in New York and London. We need an experienced Customer Service or Virtual Assistant that can handle 100 calls per day (depending on the project will be assigned to you) since we have different partnered clients or services we need help in monetizing. Compensation: $500/monthly Working hours: 9 am to 5 pm EST Mondays to Fridays Responsibilities: You will be assigned to any of our projects that need to do call follow-ups with our leads. You must be resourceful and can work with minimal supervision We are looking for a committed individual that can work the working hours we require Since we are not providing scripts for calling or following ups. Growth is fast here as long as you are doing a great job. Requirements: Must have an almost perfect English accent or minimal accent Must be comfortable in handling calls Must be flexible Can work in shifting and rotating schedules if needed depending on the response rate of the leads Please send your resume and video introduction.
