Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and creative Email Marketer to join our team. The Email Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent technical skills, and a passion for creating compelling content. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns Write compelling email content that engages and converts our audience Create email templates and designs that align with our brand Manage email lists and segment audiences based on demographics and behavior Test and optimize email campaigns for maximum effectiveness Monitor email performance and provide reports to management Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and best practices Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate email campaigns with other marketing channels Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3+ years of experience in email marketing Excellent technical skills in email marketing software, such as Mailchimp or Hubspot Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, such as list management, segmentation, and A/B testing Excellent copywriting skills Strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills
