Business Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for optimization. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for using data to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document current business processes to identify areas for improvement Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and other documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with business process modeling and analysis tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
