Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and account reconciliation Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to accounts payable Support the accounting team with other tasks as needed Requirements: Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
