Team Lead - Sales

Key Responsibilities: Manage, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to achieve their sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
