Full-Stack Developer

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic startup team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our web applications and software systems, and help shape the future of our company. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and software systems. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA, to implement end-to-end solutions. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and suggest new technologies that can improve the development process. Ensure the security and privacy of sensitive data and implement appropriate measures to protect against unauthorized access. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and other technical meetings to maintain high-quality standards. Contribute to the overall success of the startup by being an active team player and bringing your unique skills and perspective to the table. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in full stack web development using modern technologies such as Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Express, and Ruby on Rails. Knowledge of database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating with third-party APIs. Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced development environment. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a startup environment.
