The Entry Level Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the company. They will use a variety of recruitment tools and techniques to identify and engage potential candidates, and will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment process. The Entry Level Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and to ensure the timely and efficient placement of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract potential candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and techniques, including job postings, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and cover letters and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Participate in the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, and offer management.
Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and to ensure the timely and efficient placement of qualified candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and techniques into the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment preferred.
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
