The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and developing strategic partnerships. They will work closely with other members of the sales and marketing team to develop and execute a sales plan that meets or exceeds the company's revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and making sales presentations.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support business development efforts.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
Requirements:
Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of successful business development in a relevant industry.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
5+ years of experience in business development or a related field required.
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals preferred.
Working Hours: Full-time, with some evening and weekend work as required.
