[Yes/No]: NO Description/Information: Job Summary: The Funnel Designer and Automation Tech Ninja is a core team member who is responsible for the delivery of brand assets through highly converting funnels, supporting live launches, strategizing, building, and optimizing all content funnels. The ideal candidate for this role is a growth-oriented, self-motivated, detail-obsessive, and highly responsive web-obsessed problem solver and efficiency fanatic who commits and sticks to hard deadlines. You will be successful in this role if you thrive in a fast-paced, launch-based media environment with a solid understanding of how to build a variety of sales funnels, and automate them seamlessly with our software stack. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of previous experience working as a funnel builder, automations or online tech virtual assistant and is excellent at building and bringing solutions to keep the business running smoothly. Skills and Tech Stack Experience: - WordPress, ClickFunnels, LeadPages, Kajabi - ActiveCampaign, TypeForm, Canva, Thrivecart, Teachable - Zapier, Zoom, Asana - At least 3 years experience supporting coaches with live launches, funnel strategy design, and automation Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): - Build beautiful funnel landing pages, using our existing, battle-tested funnel landing page templates, source images and design elements. - Integrate our funnel pages with our backend technology stack (primarily Thrive Architect, Thrive Leads, Thrivecart, ActiveCampaign, and Zapier) and help set up automation campaigns if our email marketing specialist isn’t available. - Following our color palette and brand guide, create all the necessary launch graphics using our existing Canva templates, such as landing page hero images, Facebook group, page, and profile covers, square banners for FB and IG ads, digital product bundles, and webinar promo graphics. - Working with team members and creative freelancers to produce seamlessly integrated, compelling funnel pages and launch graphics - Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch campaigns, so that you can suggest design or copy changes that will help increase funnel conversion - Funnel testing, lots of funnel testing Requirements: - Part-time work to start, between 15-20 hours per week possibly more during launches - Established work hours with a minimum of 2-hour overlap with management - Be available to jump online and respond to critical tech issues - Respond immediately and close action items efficiently Where/How to send the application?
