Job Description Summary: Coordinate timely creative draft submissions to clients via email. Creative deliverables should include a direct digital file share link or the png, jpeg, or PSD file. Ensure that all works are compliant with all Amazon’s TOS. Review for prohibited phrases, trademark logos, etc. Ensure that if a client requests that we use prohibited phrases have them fill out the client consent form. Review all works for quality assurance. This means grammar, readability, shading, and PS quality. Communicate drafts with the client strategically and politely. Deliver all creative documents along with their corresponding .psd files to the client using the following templates. Responsible for following up on a tri-weekly basis (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven experience as a Team Lead or in a similar creative role Hands-on experience and wide knowledge in the creative process, graphic design, and brand development copywriting Hands-on experience with editing software, including but not limited to Adobe After Effects, Lightworks, Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Outstanding leadership and organization skills. Comfortable talking to a client Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities Demonstrates a high level of creativity and strategic thinking High-detail orientation Make sure to attach a shareable link to your portfolio and work samples.
