About the Virtual Assistant/ Graphic Designer position: We are looking for an additional Virtual Assistant who ALSO has a strong foundation in Graphic Design. *MAJOR PLUS* IF YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN STOCK TRADING AND FINANCE You are required to have experience in graphic design and fulfilling various administrative tasks including answering customer inquiries (via emails, Tidio chat, and comments), managing social media channels, and creating content. In addition, A strong Internet connection is required along with experience using communication tools like Slack, and Google meet. Virtual Assistant responsibilities are: -Create graphics for social media, website, and promotional ventures -Organize communication via emails, social media comments, and messages -Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience -Discord moderation -Research content ideas and develop graphics/content for social media platforms -Manage weekly content and posts on the company’s social media accounts -Help other team members with their administrative queries Virtual Assistant requirements are: -2+ years experience in graphic design ( familiar with Adobe suite and Canva) -2+ years experience working as a Virtual Assistant or in social media positions -Excellent English communicator both oral and written -Good practical experience with Google Drive suite(docs, forms, sheets), Gmail, graphic design software(like Canva or your preference), and common social media platforms. -Proficient in using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite -Use our Instagram handle, @tradetips.io, and tell me how many Instagram followers I have -Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character -Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Not required but a major plus: If you know about stock trading and financial investing
