Expert Web Apps Developer

We are a real estate company and we're currently using different systems/platforms to acquire and manage our leads. We have a separate system for SMS blasting, another system for Cold Calling and a system for managing the leads acquired from those. We are looking for an expert Web Apps Developer who can create a comprehensive and unique CRM or an all-in-one system that integrates all the capabilities of these platforms for us to use and achieve maximum efficiency for the company. We will pay the project's value, so compensation is totally negotiable as long as you can deliver the final product. Previous experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Development is totally a plus and a priority. This can also be a long term relationship as we are not just looking to use this on our own. Further details will be discussed on the interview.
