Business Manager (Full-Time, Long-Term) - Real Estate Start Up

Hi, I’m TJ, founder of Yesler Management, a small but ambitious real estate and property management company based in Massachusetts. We’re growing, and I’m looking for a sharp, no-nonsense Business Manager to help take this company to the next level.

This is not a gig or a stepping stone — this is a key role in the foundation of a serious business. I’m looking for someone in it for the long haul: a reliable, adaptable, and driven operator who thrives in a fast-moving environment, isn’t afraid to lead, and is ready to grow alongside the company.

If you’ve worked in a startup or small team before, you’ll fit right in.

*Startup or small-business experience — You’ve worn multiple hats before and know how to move fast with limited resources.

*Leader by action — You can take charge of projects and workflows, even if you’re not managing people directly.

*US time zone overlap — You must be available to work during, or partially during, US business hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

*Run daily business operations alongside me

*Oversee active rental and renovation projects

*Communicate with tenants, vendors, inspectors, and partners on my behalf

*Manage scheduling, follow-ups, documents, and research

*Handle special projects and operational tasks that support our growth

*You’ll be my right hand, helping Yesler Management run efficiently and scale smartly.
