Bitrix24 CRM Setup Specialist – Part-Time Project (Remote)

Veltio Digital is a Canadian digital marketing agency focused on helping local businesses grow through SEO and paid media. We’re building internal systems to manage leads, track performance, and scale our sales team — and we’re looking for an experienced Bitrix24 CRM Specialist to help us get set up for success.

What You’ll Do

• Set up lead pipelines for inbound and outbound sales
• Create automation rules, form integrations, and task workflows
• Integrate Bitrix24 with Pabbly or webhooks (Facebook Lead Ads → Bitrix24)
• Configure user roles, access permissions, lead assignment, and call outcomes
• Set up softphone/call logging system for the BDR team (Twilio or Bitrix VOIP)
• Build a clean lead tagging and reporting system (lead source, close status, etc.)
• Assist with training documentation or videos (optional)

You Are

• Experienced with Bitrix24 CRM (required)
• Familiar with sales pipelines, lead management, and workflow automation
• Able to integrate third-party tools (Pabbly, webhooks, Google Sheets)
• Detail-oriented and clear in documentation
• Comfortable working remotely using Slack and Asana

Bonus If You Have

• Experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, or CRM migrations
• Familiarity with small agency or BDR sales operations
• Experience setting up dialers or call tracking in Bitrix24

Compensation

• Part-time, project-based (~10–20 hours total)
• Hourly rate based on experience
• Potential for ongoing freelance work as our agency scales
