We’re supporting a US-based coaching practice in finding a dependable, detail-focused Virtual Assistant. Start part-time with room to grow.

What you’ll do

• Provide daily administrative and operational support
• Collaborate with the client during overlapping US Eastern Time hours
• Keep tasks organized and on track — no sales or cold calling

Who you are

• Proactive, organized, and communicative
• Comfortable adjusting your schedule for some EST overlap
• Open to learning — prior VA experience not required (training provided)

Must-haves

• Your own laptop
• Reliable, stable internet connection

Schedule & compensation

• Part-time: 20 hours per week (potential to increase over time)
• Some overlap with US Eastern Time
• Rate: $3.75/hour
