Sales Specialist

Our Sales Specialists will be the company’s frontliners and will represent IT Step Academy with the primary focus of assisting potential students and inviting them to take advantage of our course.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Reach out to all assigned customer enquiries to identify needs, present IT Step Academy’s unique value proposition, and assist customers in signing up
• Achieve/Exceed monthly sales revenue target
• Conduct 50–80 outbound calls per day
• Conduct other outbound outreach including chats and emails
• Adhere to schedule including daily attendance, meetings, and scheduled coachings
• Provide timely and factual feedback to Team Leader or Head of Sales on things that are/may affect sales performance
• Manage his/her own pipelines, including maintaining communication with around 90 active leads
• Accurately dispose each lead to the right lead stage in CRM
• Properly and accurately note CRM with everything that transpired on the calls
• Call fresh leads no later than 30 minutes once distributed
• Regularly collaborate with his/her Team Leader in order to continuously improve performance
• Initiate communication with leaders whenever facing a challenge, internal or external, that may prevent hitting the target
• Provide reports such as prepayments, paid contracts, pipelines, or anything required by the management team
