Technical VA (Marketing Ops) — GHL, Meta Ads, Automations — Full-Time, 9–5 ET

We build repeatable client acquisition systems for US financial advisory firms using cold email, cold calling, Meta ads and VSL/workshops. Small, fast team. Clear outcomes.

Mission (what you’ll own):

• Funnels: Build/edit GHL pages, forms, calendars; rapid iterations.
• Tracking: Meta events, google sheets; diagnose and fix attribution gaps.
• CRM/Automations: Pipelines, workflows, email/SMS, lead routing.

Core responsibilities:

• Ship funnel edits daily (copy, layout, mobile QA, load speed).
• Configure events, test pixel/conversions, debug.
• Build automations (GHL/Zapier/n8n), ensure error handling + logs.
• Create simple assets in Canva (thumbnails, banners).
• Document SOPs and maintain a clean ops backlog.
• Communicate in ET hours; proactive ticket updates.

Tool proficiency: GHL, Meta Ads/Events, Zapier or n8n, Instantly/Smartlead, Canva.
 

• Time-to-resolution on ops tickets: P1 < 24h, P2 < 72h
• Tracking accuracy: 95%+ of specified events firing and verified.
• Funnel throughput: 6–10 minor edits/week or 1–2 medium builds/week. (We’ll calibrate after 2 weeks based on actual volume.)
• Full-time, 9–5 ET (with flexibility for workshops).
• $1,200–$1,600 USD/month base + performance bonus tied to SLAs.
• 13th month, 5 PH holidays available to choose (2 weeks notice min).
