We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to support our daily operations, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

**Work Type:** Part-Time to Start (Full-Time as Agency Grows)
**Compensation:** $4–$6/hour (Based on Experience)
**Schedule:** Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours

Responsibilities
- Create and optimize Google Business Profile posts and updates
- Conduct local citation audits and submissions
- Format and schedule marketing content (emails, blog posts, GBP posts)
- Update WordPress sites (using Elementor)
- Manage tasks in project tools (ClickUp or Trello)
- Monitor and update client info in Google Sheets, GoHighLevel, or CRM
- Provide weekly reports 

We work in a fast paced industry. So it’s really important that our VA would be:
 A fast learner
 Pays close attention to detail
 Follow instructions to the letter
  Reliable and consistent
 A strong communicator in written English

Tools You'll Use
You don’t need to be an expert in all of these, but you should be comfortable with most:
 Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc
Gmail and other email applications
 Google Docs
Google Sheets
Google Calendar
 Communications apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Hangouts, FB messenger, etc
 Project management software (Basecamp, Trello, Asana, Evernote, Google Docs)
Time management or time tracking software (TimeProof, Time Doctor, Tmetric, Toggle)


Schedule & Benefits
* Mondays for Fridays, between 9am to 5pm EST. 
*You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.
*We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day

Training
If accepted, you will receive training on SEO, GBP, and other skillsets as needed dependent on customer needs. 

Career Potential
You’ll be working with the CEO. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to manage your own team of VAs and/or contractors to handle other company functions.
